General Manager - SaaS Technology

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and represent a prominent company in Saudi Arabia's market with a focus on SaaS and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the overall business operations and management of the company.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at accelerating growth and expanding market presence.
• Supervise business performance metrics and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive revenue increases and meet targeted commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships.
• Steer business development and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate and secure pivotal commercial contracts and agreements.
• Act as the senior company representative during executive meetings and industry events.
• Lead and nurture the local team to achieve high-performance standards.
• Observe market trends and pinpoint emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure the successful implementation of business plans and initiatives.
• Report business outcomes and progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of professional experience.
• Extensive background in SaaS and technology sectors encompassing commercial and operational roles.
• Preferably a mixed experience across SaaS and consultancy domains.
• Demonstrated success in business development, commercial expansion, strategic partnerships, and client engagement.
• Excellent leadership abilities along with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English languages.
• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
• Experience in technology, food & beverage, or hospitality industries is considered advantageous.
