About the Role
A prominent, mid-sized beverage manufacturing firm located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is actively searching for an experienced and forward-thinking General Manager. This pivotal position reports directly to the Group CEO and carries full accountability for managing all facets of the business, spearheading organizational advancements, and propelling market expansion within the dynamic KSA beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Strategic Leadership: Assume complete Profit & Loss responsibility, manage budgets effectively, and implement comprehensive strategies for long-term growth and market penetration.
- Change Management: Lead significant organizational restructuring initiatives, modernize manufacturing operations, and foster a culture of high performance throughout the company.
- Commercial Growth: Direct sales, marketing, and distribution efforts to enhance market share across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee manufacturing, quality control, and logistics to optimize efficiency and ensure adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentor department leaders, manage a team operating on a 6-day workweek, and deliver detailed performance reports to the Group CEO.
Job Requirements
Prospective candidates must satisfy the following stringent criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 20 years of escalating professional experience, with a proven track record in management roles specifically within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Industry Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience in the manufacturing of Juice, Water, Dairy, or similar beverage products.
- Education: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely aligned discipline.
- Languages: Mandatory native or professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Location & Availability: Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia. Immediate availability, ideally within 30 days of selection, is preferred.
Additional Information
This role involves a 6-day workweek schedule.
