Role Overview
This role is centered on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation across guest rooms and shared areas. The position plays an important part in shaping a smooth guest journey by supporting service quality, responding promptly to requests, and helping create a welcoming environment throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out housekeeping duties in line with established service procedures and standards.
- Keep guest rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors, and pantries neat, orderly, and visually appealing.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and ensure prompt delivery of required items or services.
- Work proactively to avoid guest complaints and support service recovery when issues arise.
- Coordinate smoothly with colleagues while keeping the guest’s needs at the center of every action.
- Go beyond basic expectations wherever possible to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related role within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience at the same level.
- Strong command of the English language.
- High school diploma or higher secondary education is required.
