Job Overview
The role focuses on providing both administrative and portering support within the department to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the department.
- Manage patient transportation and facilitate general tasks including the delivery of equipment, documents, and supplies as required.
- Support patient care by inspecting facilities before, during, and after patient stays to maintain safety and compliance with relevant standards.
- Handle reception duties to ensure patients and visitors receive a welcoming and efficient service within the ward.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Minimum educational attainment: Grade 12 certification.
- Prior experience in healthcare environments viewed favorably.
Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of client service principles and management.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities in English.
