You excel at turning strategic ideas into actionable plans and demonstrate a proven track record managing fundraising programmes including grant applications, donor engagement, campaigns, and relationship development. Comfortable working with fundraising and CRM platforms, you are a skilled communicator able to craft compelling proposals and build trusted relationships with donors, funders, and partners. Above all, you are driven by purpose and appreciate that long-term fundraising success relies on authentic relationships and meaningful community impact.

- Close collaboration with executive leaders and Board members.
- Ability to contribute directly to measurable community outcomes.
- A supportive culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
