About the Role

Join Nexus Care Services as a full-time contract carer, earning a base salary of £29,500 annually plus a £2,000 yearly car allowance. This position offers enhanced pay rates for weekend shifts and complex care duties. You'll work primarily within Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, and Lichfield areas, supporting individuals to live independently at home by providing companionship, reassurance, and practical assistance that genuinely improves their quality of life.

Responsibilities

You will deliver hands-on care to clients in their own homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort through compassionate support tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving licence and access to your own car.
• A caring disposition with a sincere interest in helping others.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a care role, although training will be provided for newcomers.
