Role overview

Eurest is looking to hire a full-time Baker in Pensacola, Florida. This role focuses on preparing a variety of baked goods to recipe and production standards for a foodservice environment.

Work location and schedule

The position is based at Navy Federal Credit Union, 3101 Navy Federal Way Building, Pensacola, FL 32526. The schedule is full time, with days that may change. Typical working hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with more details shared during the interview. Online applications are accepted only.

Compensation and bonus

The pay rate is $16.00 per hour. A $250 hiring bonus is available after completing the 90-day probation period. An internal employee referral bonus is also offered.

Key duties

The baker will prepare breads, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked items based on production and catering needs. The role includes following approved recipes, maintaining food quality and portion control, tracking waste and shortages, keeping equipment and work areas clean, and serving customers in a courteous, service-focused manner. The position also requires safe food handling, sanitation compliance, and timely completion of assigned shift tasks.

Requirements

Candidates must have prior baking experience. Some positions may also require Florida Level 2 background screening.
