Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Examine individual finance tasks and workflows for realism, clarity, scope, and internal consistency in line with professional practices.
Evaluate whether the inputs, context, and processes involved align with actual domain standards.
Detect any missing assumptions, vague guidelines, unsupported demands, or unrealistic constraints within tasks.
Identify tasks that are overly broad or generic, which could limit their effectiveness in signaling financial expertise.
Deliver clear, structured, written feedback with specific recommendations to improve the authenticity of tasks.
Coordinate with trusted domain experts to validate task logic and uphold quality throughout the project phases.

Core Qualifications

Demonstrated strong experience in financial planning, wealth management, retirement or tax planning, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) operations, supervision, or compliance.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) credential is highly preferred for roles centered on planning; other pertinent certifications are also valued.
In-depth knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities, client suitability assessments, financial trade-offs within households, and effective client communication.
Excellence in written communication, with the ability to articulate not only correctness but the reasoning behind judgments.
High attention to detail, sound professional discernment, and proficiency in evaluating work against defined standards.
Experience overseeing analysts, approving work outputs, designing control mechanisms, or establishing quality benchmarks is particularly advantageous for senior roles.

Compensation and Schedule

The role offers compensation ranging from $125 to $165 per hour, with a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours. This is a fully remote contract position based in the United States.
