Franchise Support Executive

Role Overview

We seek a motivated and accountable Franchise Support & Telecalling Executive to become part of the JYCSM team. This role involves daily interaction with franchise centers to ensure smooth operations, support registration growth, and address franchise-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily calls and follow-ups with JYCSM franchise centers.
• Maintain consistent communication with franchise owners.
• Track student registrations and follow up on pending tasks.
• Identify franchise issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
• Work to reactivate inactive franchise centers through persistent engagement.
• Keep detailed records of calls and follow-ups.
• Update franchise status and record vital information regularly.
• Compile daily and weekly reports on activities.
• Assist Operations Team with franchise-specific tasks.
• Foster and maintain professional rapport with franchise owners.

Candidate Expectations

• Strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Bengali language for communication.
• Basic understanding of English and Hindi is beneficial.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Confidence in telephone communication.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Consistent follow-up skills to meet designated targets.
