Role Overview
This position partners directly with the Co-Founder and CEO, as well as executive leadership, to drive key strategic projects and initiatives spanning product, commercial, technology, services, and operational transformation. It offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth and scaling of a rapidly expanding B2B PaaS company within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Chief Transformation Officer and CEO to boost leadership effectiveness by managing priority initiatives and streamlining internal communications.
- Develop company-wide performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency and track progress against KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional transformational projects from inception through execution with teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- Conduct operational and business data analysis to spot areas for improvement, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance team alignment and execution.
- Prioritize business imperatives effectively during leadership meetings, assist in preparing strategic presentations and internal updates to facilitate decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- MBA degree with 3–7 years in management consulting, business operations, chief of staff, or similarly analytical roles.
- Experience in B2B enterprise software or fast-growing tech companies is highly valued.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Adept at fostering clarity, building trust, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Skilled in understanding organizational context, driving fast decision-making, and facilitating communication across departments.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, strong ownership mentality, and bias towards action.
- Embodies core values: hunger for achievement, humility, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
