Role Overview
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a client’s team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on deploying and integrating AI technologies with enterprise customers to ensure smooth implementation and adoption processes. The position requires working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges in live production settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure AI models and infrastructure tailored for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability goals.
- Quickly diagnose and remedy technical issues to reduce downtime and maintain system stability.
- Engage collaboratively with product and engineering teams to collect feedback and improve the deployed solutions based on client needs.
- Create and update technical documentation to support ongoing system operations and future rollouts.
- Serve as a technical leader for customers by providing training, sharing best practices, and offering proactive support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience deploying and scaling AI or machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
