About the Role
Join Eureka, a valued business partner of Elders, and become part of a dedicated team focused on supporting and enhancing careers within an iconic Australian business. We are currently inviting applications for two full-time, permanent Formulator positions, located at our Sunshine West and Altona sites. This role supports production operations in a specialized environment and offers an excellent chance to develop practical skills, contribute to quality outcomes, and collaborate within a team that values consistency, safety, and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and combine chemical batches following detailed instructions and protocols while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
- Thoroughly understand and comply with all safety and quality guidelines before starting each production campaign.
- Operate measurement instruments and verify data precisely against batch documentation.
- Assist with the operation of production machinery including mixing, milling, extruding, drying, and coating equipment.
- Perform quality control tasks under guidance to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality checks.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of equipment and plant facilities after each production campaign.
