Role Overview

As Food & Beverage Captain, you will contribute to optimizing the hotel's food and beverage operations, aiming to enhance guest satisfaction, improve team performance, and advance business outcomes. You will foster a strong team environment, ensure prompt and courteous service aligning with the brand and food & beverage standards, and uphold a safe and sanitary workplace. Additionally, you will oversee daily team relations, encourage problem solving through effective training and empowerment, and guarantee the highest quality of products served.

• Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
• Impeccable grooming and high standards of personal hygiene
