Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in finance or related disciplines.
• Over a decade of hands-on experience in finance, banking, or investment sectors.
• Strong understanding of personal finance and financial literacy principles.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and plainly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Motivation to advance financial knowledge within the community.
• Proficient in budgeting, cash flow analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience in financial reporting, data interpretation, and presentation of findings.
• Exposure to finance, economics, accounting, or related fields, with familiarity in behavioral finance appreciated.
• Committed to cultural sensitivity, integrity, and collaborative work in mission-driven settings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Capacity to work effectively in a hybrid work environment in Abu Dhabi Emirate, managing deadlines and independent schedules.

Role Description

The Financial Professional will support clients from organizations and individuals in cultivating healthier financial habits and sustainable financial health. Responsibilities include crafting and reviewing financial plans, analyzing financial behaviors and data, generating reports for stakeholders, and assisting in the development of financial wellness programs and educational materials. The role requires cooperation with government and corporate stakeholders to promote financial literacy events and initiatives, ensuring culturally aligned communication. Monitoring program effectiveness and aligning efforts with Kaf’s mission are integral to this position.
