Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise accounting operations across four distinct company entities.
- Evaluate, enhance, and enforce robust internal financial controls to safeguard assets and accuracy.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to detect patterns and predict future trends.
- Develop, track, and oversee budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate as a key member of senior leadership to deeply understand the company's business model, operational activities, and expansion objectives.
- Prepare statutory financial documents, including company tax returns and financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a recognized Professional Accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business finance dynamics.
- Experience within the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
