Position Summary
The Financial Controller is responsible for supervising the organization’s accounting and financial reporting activities. Key duties include ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fiscal records, managing month-end and year-end closures, preparing financial statements, enforcing internal controls, facilitating audits, supporting budget preparation, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring compliances with statutory requirements. The role also entails promoting process enhancements and upholding robust financial governance.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently residing in the UAE and willing to relocate to Congo.
- Experience in industries such as mining, sponge iron production, power generation, or manufacturing.
- Proficient in budgeting, cash flow oversight, and financial analysis methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting frameworks, and internal control protocols.
