Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Financial Analyst on behalf of a partner company associated with Haystack, located in the Greater Chicago Area. This role involves analyzing financial information to provide actionable insights that support executive decisions and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to inform senior leadership and optimize business functions.
- Translate complex financial metrics into clear and concise written summaries and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to uncover performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Offer strategic recommendations that support operational efficiency and guide company growth in North America.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with SQL and Power BI is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time.
