Job Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst Associate to oversee comprehensive financial management at our Riyadh site. The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, fund flow planning, and generating financial reports to support operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete financial processes including budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain precise and timely accounting for all financial transactions related to the site, adhering to company policies and legal standards.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions such as processing vendor payments, reimbursements, invoicing, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with taxation requirements, including GST and TDS regulations, and supervise prompt submission of returns and payments.
- Track and regulate site budgets, analyze discrepancies, and coordinate corrective measures with project and procurement teams.
- Develop and maintain robust internal financial controls at the site; guarantee audit readiness and resolve audit findings promptly.
