Role Overview

The Finance department is pivotal in ensuring Revolut's operations are clear and confident, spanning from accounting to strategic advisory roles. The Senior Finance & Strategy Manager will be responsible for converting broad strategic directives into detailed financial frameworks to support capital allocation and growth. This position requires acting as a strategic advisor to the CFO and Executive Committee, transforming complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level company and departmental strategies into detailed and ambitious financial plans.
• Formulate and oversee annual budgets for investment-heavy departments, monitoring performance to maximize long-term returns.
• Develop insightful analyses to evaluate performance across different countries, customer segments, and marketing campaigns.
• Implement structured approaches to manage marketing expenditures, conduct performance reviews, and track campaigns.
• Establish relevant financial and growth KPIs to drive incentives and optimize outcomes.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate and improve financial performance monitoring.
• Collaborate directly with the CFO on high-priority projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of six years in strategic consulting, data analytics consulting, or commercial finance roles within leading technology firms.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, financial analysis, and data interpretation.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful results in dynamic, cross-functional, high-growth settings.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with attention to producing thorough, transparent reports and frameworks.

Desirable Qualifications

• Background experience in retail banking.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or MBA.
