Overview
Glotaccys Advisory Services Private Limited, a Virtual CFO firm based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, supports SME owners with annual revenues between Rs. 5-50 Crore to become financially robust, prepared for bank loans, and investment opportunities. Their Finance Readiness Index (FRI), a 12-question financial health diagnostic, is central to their services. This role is key as you will be the initial point of human contact following an FRI submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze FRI form submissions prior to each discovery call focusing on score, category, and identified weaknesses.
- Conduct a 25-30 minute scripted discovery call, following a detailed word-for-word script provided by the company.
- Actively listen and take detailed notes during calls, evaluate prospects according to an internal scoring system, and promptly schedule a second follow-up call within the same day.
- Send WhatsApp follow-up messages after calls using pre-approved templates without deviation.
- Prepare preliminary Gap Reports and Cost of Inaction Calculators before the second call to support client discussions.
- Maintain and update the Pipeline Tracker diligently after every interaction.
- Participate in a daily 15-minute internal review to discuss progress and areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Completion of CA Articleship (3 years), even if final exams are pending.
- OR an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- OR B.Com degree with at least 2 years of experience in a CA firm handling audit, accounts, compliance, or GST.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a deep finance background and genuine understanding of SME business language and finance challenges such as cash flow issues, MIS gaps, compliance hurdles, and funding readiness. Pure telecalling or BPO experience without financial expertise, or freshers without relevant finance exposure, are not suitable for this role.

Being conversant with finance terminology and real-world problems such as GST complexities, month-end closures, and client frustrations related to bookkeeping will enable you to engage genuinely and credibly with business owners. This background is vital to avoid sounding scripted or robotic as you interact.
Career Progression
- Months 1-2: Focus on mastering the initial discovery call.
- From Month 3 onwards: Begin leading the second call, with oversight from senior staff.
- Within the first year: Advance to Senior CFO Associate position with opportunities to lead teams as the company expands.
Compensation and Location
This full-time position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, offering a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000.
