Field Service Technician

Role Overview

Serve as the technical representative ensuring that our advanced holographic systems operate seamlessly for clients in the MENA region. This position involves responding to service inquiries and traveling within the UAE and Gulf countries to install, maintain, and repair holographic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Address client service requests with timeliness and technical expertise.
• Perform installations, routine maintenance, and repairs on holographic hardware across multiple locations.
• Travel frequently across the UAE and Gulf region to fulfill field service tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in field service roles, ideally related to audiovisual, IT, or display technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently under time constraints.
• Possess a valid UAE driving license and demonstrate readiness to travel extensively within the region.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered beneficial.
