Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

Vetal Hitech Machines Pvt.Ltd., an established machinery manufacturer based in Coimbatore with over 40 years of expertise, is searching for dynamic Field Service Engineers. This position involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting specialized equipment at customer locations, primarily across Northern India.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-site installation, calibration, testing, and routine preventive maintenance for machinery.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customer technicians during field visits.
• Deliver continuous technical support ensuring optimal machine operation at customer sites.

Work Location and Travel

Extensive travel across Northern Indian states is required. Candidates should be prepared for lengthy field assignments, possibly remaining away from home for up to two months at a stretch.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary between INR 200,000 and INR 400,000 annually, supplemented with performance-based allowances aligned with experience.
• The company covers 100% travel costs and provides lodging and food allowances fully during outstation assignments.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
