Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Device Collection Executive to handle the pickup and inspection of electronic devices from various customer sites. Your role will encompass verifying device conditions and ensuring safe transit back to the office, coordinating closely with the customer care team to finalize deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations to examine laptops, phones, Macs, iPads, and additional devices
- Collaborate with customer care personnel for negotiation and deal closure
- Securely transport authenticated devices from customer premises to the workplace
Prerequisites
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Basic skills in troubleshooting electronic devices; comprehensive training provided
- Characteristics of integrity, dependability, and punctuality
- Familiarity with Bengaluru city navigation
