Overview
Lenskart, a leading Indian eyewear retailer, is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join their expanding team. Based in Kochi, you will conduct in-home eye tests and sell Lenskart's range of spectacles directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers' residences according to scheduled appointments.
- Perform eye examinations utilizing specialized equipment.
- Promote and sell Lenskart eyeglasses with excellent customer service.
- Carry equipment weighing approximately 18-20 kg during visits.
- Achieve defined sales targets to earn commissions.
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma holder, or 12th pass with a minimum of one year experience.
- Must possess a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physically capable of carrying and handling heavy equipment.
- Willingness to travel extensively and accommodate flexible working hours.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of INR 275,000 per year.
