About the Role

We are actively recruiting motivated candidates to join as Xstream Fiber Executives (XFE) across multiple locations including Haldwani, Bhawali, Sitargarj, Haridwar, Dehradun, and over 20 other cities in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads to expand the customer base.
• Engage in promotional activities such as canopy advertising.
• Execute door-to-door sales campaigns and promote the brand directly to customers.
• Clearly communicate broadband plan details offered by Xstream Fiber.
• Handle complete customer documentation to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets set by the company.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational qualifications ranging from completion of 12th grade to graduation.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Possession of a personal motorcycle for local travels.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Ownership of a smartphone to facilitate communication and work-related tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly net take-home salary of ₹16,500.
• Total cost to company (CTC) stands at ₹20,100.
