Job Overview
The role involves engaging with local shops and merchants to enroll them as partners with PhonePe. The Field Sales Executive will promote PhonePe's merchant services such as QR Code payments, Soundbox, and other related products to grow the business through new merchant acquisitions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to local businesses to gain new merchant sign-ups.
- Promote and sell PhonePe's smart speaker and scanner devices across the assigned territory.
- Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and benefits, demonstrating how they enhance the merchant's business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional support to merchant partners, nurturing long-term engagement.
- Achieve daily sales targets through consistent field efforts.
Eligibility
Open to candidates capable of interacting effectively with local merchants and managing field sales activities.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 17,000 and 29,000 INR.
