Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This role focuses on merchant acquisition and market development for QR code and sound box products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new merchants to onboard them for QR code and sound box offerings.
• Execute daily field visits, targeting 10 to 15 merchants per day for sales and promotion activities.
• Expand product distribution and increase market share of QR and sound box solutions within the assigned geographic area.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring optimal product adoption and satisfaction.
• Gather and relay valuable market feedback and business insights to management.
• Adhere to a structured beat plan, maintain daily activity records, and ensure regular attendance.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 26,000 INR. The candidate will be required to operate primarily onsite within the designated territory.
