Job Overview

As a Field Collection Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for managing customer payment collections following a structured daily route plan. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers to resolve payment-related issues and ensure timely receipt of dues while maintaining excellent company representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits according to the daily planned route.
• Collect outstanding payments and provide receipts adhering to company procedures.
• Negotiate payment agreements and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Log collection updates, visit notes, and customer feedback into the company system accurately.
• Locate customers who have relocated or updated their contact information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection objectives.
• Collaborate with the office team to communicate payment updates.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and legal requirements during all collection activities.
• Maintain professionalism and positively represent the organization at all times.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between INR 18,000 to INR 32,000.
