About the Role
We are urgently seeking a Field Collection Executive based in Chitradurga. The person in this role will be accountable for reaching out to customers with overdue payments, engaging them in negotiation to recover dues, and ensuring up-to-date documentation of all collection activities. This position demands regular travel to customer locations such as homes or businesses across the Chitradurga area. Candidates should possess a minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th standard and must hold a valid two-wheeler license.
Key Duties
- Conduct field visits to customers' residences or commercial establishments to collect pending EMIs, bills, or loan repayments.
- Engage in discussions with customers to arrange feasible repayment schedules while complying with company guidelines.
- Keep precise daily records of all cash collected and ensure prompt updating of the company’s database.
Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges between INR 18,000 to INR 30,000 per month depending on prior experience.
