Job Overview

Math Creations Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field BTL Supervisor to oversee field operations, guide the team, and ensure achievement of daily goals by mentoring and motivating team members efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the performance of field executives and team members.
• Drive and encourage the team to meet daily objectives.
• Allocate daily assignments and designate task locations to team members.
• Monitor productivity and work progress throughout the day.
• Ensure all field activities are completed within stipulated timelines.
• Prepare and provide daily operational reports to the management team.
• Address and resolve any challenges faced in the field while supporting the team.
• Maintain discipline and uphold professionalism within the team.
• Work closely with management for updates and to understand new requirements.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary range between 20000 and 30000 INR.
