Responsibilities
Work collaboratively in small consultant teams (3-5 people) across all client engagement phases: collecting and analyzing data, testing hypotheses, devising recommendations, and presenting results to client management. At times, collaborate directly with clients to implement solutions. The role entails frequent coaching and formal training, plus guidance from a local partner and support in project selection based on your growth and network development goals.
Location and Program Details
Based in the Nairobi office, with potential opportunities to work across other African offices. The Young Leadership Program is a two-year, full-time consulting role designed to cultivate exceptional young Kenyan talent into effective leaders. After successful completion, top-performing fellows advance to a business analyst position.
Eligibility and Application
Applicants should submit a one-page CV including university GPA or ranking and high school mean grade.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Undergraduate or master's degree with outstanding academic records.
- Less than one year of continuous work experience across any industry.
- Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular or professional experiences.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven teamwork skills in collaborative environments.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, for explaining complex concepts.
