About the Role
As an F&B Support Expert at W Hotels in Doha, you play a pivotal role beyond simply serving food and drinks. Your efforts contribute to crafting a unique and memorable guest experience by supporting all aspects of food and beverage operations efficiently. Your duties include preparing tables, assisting in the kitchen, cleaning work areas, restocking supplies, and other essential tasks that facilitate smooth service transactions.
Job Requirements and Environment
This position requires being physically active—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds alone or 50 pounds with help. Tasks might involve reaching overhead or below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting. Excellence and attention to detail are crucial in fulfilling these responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational level is required.
- No prior work experience in food service is mandatory but previous experience in a dining environment is advantageous.
- No supervisory experience or certifications are required.
