Role Overview
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be the forefront representative of hospitality, ensuring timely, polite, and efficient service to all guests. Your role is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction by providing high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to maintain smooth operations of food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverage options, hotel services, and facilities.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
- A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
