Position Overview
Ozone Manpower Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facade Designer for a prominent company based in Al Saudia, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves working onsite with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D shop drawings and façade designs utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Develop façade models using Revit or similar Building Information Modeling (BIM) applications.
- Collaborate effectively with project engineers and architects to ensure design alignment.
- Compile cutting lists, material schedules, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Guarantee all designs comply with the required project specifications and industry codes.
- Provide support during the project's lifecycle, from initial design stages through installation phases.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in façade design, especially with aluminum, glazing, or curtain wall systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD for producing 2D shop drawings and detailing work.
- Possess practical knowledge of Revit or other BIM software tools.
- Be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
- Understand the working principles of curtain wall systems, windows, doors, cladding, and structural silicone applications.
