About the Role
Realty VAs is actively seeking four seasoned Real Estate Cold Callers to expand our dynamic team. Ideal candidates are confident communicators passionate about converting calls into qualified prospects in a results-driven setup. This opportunity is fully remote and offers potential for sustained career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound cold calls to property owners and potential clients using specified scripts and CRM tools.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with prospects over the phone.
- Identify prospective sellers who are motivated and ready to engage.
- Manage and overcome objections with confidence and tact.
- Accurately log call outcomes and lead details in CRM systems following each interaction.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience specifically in real estate cold calling.
- Fluent English speaking skills with a native or near-native accent.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Comfortable with objection handling and rapport building during calls.
- Access to a reliable internet connection, high-quality headset, and a distraction-free workspace.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused work ethic.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software and autodialers is advantageous.
