• Assist patients in selecting from a curated collection of exclusive boutique frames not typically found in larger chain stores.
• Ensure an exceptional, personalized customer experience from initial consultation through to final fitting.
• Collaborate efficiently with a team of optical professionals to sustain the smooth operation of a busy practice.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as an Optical Dispenser with strong attention to detail and an eye for stylish eyewear.
• Passionate about luxury eyewear and working with independent brands.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with customers to provide outstanding service.
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment equipped with modern technologies such as Optos, OCT, dry eye treatments, and dry ARMD treatments.
