About the Role
Adler Talent Solutions, a globally recognized HR management company with over a decade of excellence, is seeking an Executive Recruiter based in Ahmedabad, India. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job vacancies across industries, ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes with effective communication between candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze job requirements and screening criteria to understand client business needs thoroughly.
- Source candidates using diverse online and offline platforms, while continuously innovating to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidate resumes based on detailed job descriptions and requirements.
- Communicate with candidates to explain employer information and benefits, ensuring consent for resume processing.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates before forwarding profiles to account managers.
- Provide candidates with vacancy details prior to sharing profiles with account managers and confirm receipt of related communications.
- Deliver quality candidate submissions within established turnaround times (TAT).
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates, maintaining clear communication and follow-up to ensure attendance.
- Conduct reference and background checks as requested by clients.
- Manage post-selection follow-ups including documentation, offer negotiations, and maintaining ongoing candidate relationships until and after joining.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports as needed.
Preferred Candidate Attributes and Experience
- Familiarity with various industry domains and the ability to leverage multiple sourcing tools.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify exact skills matching client needs.
- Clear and concise communication skills, including professional language usage and greetings.
- Effective time management to meet priorities within set deadlines.
- Strong rapport-building abilities to ensure candidates attend interviews and accept offers.
- Negotiation skills to facilitate offer acceptance and maintain positive client-candidate relationships.
- Experience ranging from zero to two years in any industry, preferably in recruitment (IT or Non-IT sectors).
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree to be eligible for this role.
