Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily operational tasks.
• Manage, assess, and report on productivity levels within the warehouse.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary documentation, and report pertinent information.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with staff across all organizational levels and interact with customers.
• Conduct daily inspections of warehouse premises.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of fleets and equipment.
• Handle inward and outward movement of goods.
• Manage inventory through cycle counting and physical stock verification.
• Engage in daily communication with customers.
• Prepare annexures relevant to storage and handling invoices.
• Monitor safety management protocols.
• Coordinate quality audits involving customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree required.
• Proficient communication abilities via email and phone calls.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in warehouse supervision or related operational roles.
