About the Role

ALL | IN Restaurant Expertise is looking for a seasoned, imaginative, and business-savvy Executive Chef to spearhead culinary innovation across dynamic restaurant and hospitality ventures. This full-time role is based in Doha, Qatar, and includes potential travel commitments for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Bring extensive mastery in Oriental and European culinary traditions.
• Exhibit previous experience in Executive Chef roles or senior culinary leadership capacities.
• Possess professional background within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Demonstrate a deep familiarity with GCC cultural nuances and dining expectations.
• Lead menu conceptualization and deliver culinary research and development initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging food trends, novel ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Manage food costing, adherence to HACCP guidelines, and quality assurance measures.
• Create recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training resources, and franchise operation manuals.
• Develop and mentor kitchen teams, fostering strong leadership and training capabilities.
• Be open to relocating to Qatar and ready for regional or international business travel.

Language and Additional Requirements

Fluent English communication skills are mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or French is considered advantageous.
