About the Role
Menna Boutique is looking for an Executive Assistant to offer dedicated support to the owner managing a diverse portfolio encompassing luxury retail, fashion, and catering businesses. The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth follow-up and coordination across various tasks so that no detail is overlooked.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the owner's daily agenda, breaking down schedules into clear actionable tasks and reminders.
- Perform continual follow-ups on outstanding matters across multiple brands until all are resolved.
- Arrange and coordinate calls, meetings, and communications efficiently.
- Monitor timelines, approvals, and pending requests diligently.
- Alert the owner promptly to issues requiring attention at the appropriate moment.
