Role overview
This position supports two vice presidents within Studios Marketing and also helps their teams with project- or title-specific needs as they come up. The role is based on site four days each week.
The organization is centered on creativity, collaboration, and innovation across motion pictures, music, and stage productions. It is focused on delivering entertainment that reaches audiences worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, invitations, materials, and preparation for the two executives and, at times, their teams.
- Prepare weekly materials and organize/distribute them in collaboration with the team.
- Work closely with internal departments and outside vendors to exchange information, approvals, materials, updates, and other needed items.
- Support a director, manager, or specialist with title-specific execution requirements.
- Arrange travel bookings in a timely manner.
- Prepare business expenses for a director using SAP travel proxy access and ensure expense reports are completed and submitted on time.
Required profile
The ideal candidate brings flexibility, a willingness to take on new challenges, and a strong interest in developing within the role while learning more about key Studios Marketing initiatives and business areas.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with executives and coworkers.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, adaptable, and easy to reach when needed.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude.
Preferred background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in media or advertising is an advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Office at an intermediate to advanced level, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Keynote experience is also useful.
- Proficiency with both PC and Mac systems.
- Prior SAP experience.
Compensation and benefits
The California pay range for this role is $54,000 to $72,300 per year, calculated on a 40-hour workweek. Weekly hours may change depending on business requirements. The final base pay may vary based on internal equity, the candidate’s region, role-related knowledge, skills, and overall experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may also be included, along with a full benefits package such as medical and financial benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
Work arrangement
This is a full-time, on-site position in Burbank, California, with in-office attendance required four days per week.
