Executive (Analytics)

Role overview

This role is centered on using analytics and data science to strengthen guest satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and support stronger commercial outcomes for the Attractions & Destination Experience (ADX) Business Unit.

What you'll do

• Use advanced analytical and data science methods to examine data and uncover opportunities that enhance guest experience, operating efficiency, and business results.
• Support data extraction, cleansing, and validation activities across different internal and external sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and operational systems.
• Contribute to data quality work so that analytical inputs remain accurate and dependable.
• Help analyse data across Attractions and Destination Experience, including Universal Studios, Singapore Oceanarium, and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
• Assist in creating recurring reports and dashboards and ensure they are delivered on time and with accuracy.
• Study attendance patterns, assess campaign performance, and review sales results to support informed decision-making.
• Work with teams from Sales Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to help produce forecast figures.
• Support the budgeting process by monitoring attendance, revenue, and basic operating expenses.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand processes and suggest practical improvements to workflows.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• About 1 to 2 years of experience in business planning, analytics, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid foundation in analytical thinking.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLMs, including fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Ability to work with tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, Spark, and Power BI.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a cooperative, team-oriented approach.
