Job Overview

The role of Evaluation Quality Agent (EQA) is pivotal in maintaining the high standard of inspection reports prepared by our technical experts. This position involves scrutinizing video and photographic content related to car inspections to ensure accuracy and adherence to AUTO1 Group’s quality benchmarks before the information goes online, thereby supporting secure and informed customer purchases on our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform back-office tasks centered on verifying the quality of documents and assessments prepared by merchants and the AUTO1 expert team.
• Edit and enhance photographs complying with corporate guidelines set by the head office in the Netherlands.
• Upload all necessary data onto the company’s portal to facilitate car sales effectively.
• Participate in training regarding the usage of the Auto1.com platform.
• Prepare and submit daily performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proficiency in English at B2 or C1 level.
• A minimum of two years' experience in back-office roles, focusing on document quality control and data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.
• Efficient and accurate usage of computers and email communication.
• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
