About the Role
We are seeking experienced ETL Testers with at least 5 years of expertise to join our team in Hyderabad. This position involves active participation in diverse stages of consulting projects, including defining problems, estimating efforts, generating solutions, and deployment. The ideal candidate will support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating alternative solutions through research, proof of concepts (POCs), and vendor assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the consulting team across different project phases such as problem analysis, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.
- Conduct thorough research including literature reviews and vendor evaluations to explore alternative solutions and develop POCs.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications, define future processes, and develop functional designs.
- Configure solution requirements within product frameworks, diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose suitable alternatives.
- Contribute to unit-level and enterprise initiatives aimed at delivering quality, value-added solutions to clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mandatory expertise in ETL testing.
- Education must be BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MSc, or MS in any specialization.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
