Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking an Estimation Engineer based in Pune to support interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong expertise in AutoCAD, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and material calculations. Proficiency in Excel is also essential. Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in similar roles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop and compile BOQs accurately for tender submissions.
- Utilize AutoCAD for design and measurement purposes.
- Calculate materials required and evaluate associated costs.
- Maintain and manage estimation data effectively using Excel spreadsheets.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (any specialization) or in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E., any specialization).
