Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Consultant to assist businesses in implementing and refining ERP systems. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of business procedures and ERP applications, ensuring alignment of business needs with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend business workflows across Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and Inventory domains.
• Translate business demands into practical ERP solutions.
• Customize ERPNext modules according to client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with development teams for system customizations and integrations.
• Perform system testing to guarantee seamless deployment.
• Deliver user training sessions and create detailed documentation.
• Provide client support after implementation, addressing any issues promptly.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and system effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth understanding of business processes and ERP frameworks.
• Practical experience with ERPNext modules including Accounts, HR, CRM, and Inventory.
• Strong capability to gather and assess client requirements accurately.
• Expertise in configuring workflows and optimizing business processes.
• Basic proficiency in ERP customizations and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience in generating reports.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage stakeholder relations effectively.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Basic knowledge of the Frappe framework.
• Experience with data migration and system integration tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• More than five years of professional experience as an ERP consultant.
• Experience working with multiple ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, among others.
• Competence in client interaction and project coordination.
