As an Engineering Manager in our Demand Division, you will lead two technical teams that build data products empowering Marketing teams to measure marketing expenditures, guide budgetary decisions, and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand two high-performing teams composed of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners, maintaining responsibility for team outcomes, culture, and individual professional development.
• Handle full recruitment cycles, onboarding, career growth support, and promptly manage performance concerns to sustain team excellence.
• Ensure the timely, quality, and within-budget delivery of team projects by proactively identifying risks and eliminating obstacles to maintain predictable, transparent outputs.
• Enforce adherence to engineering standards, architecture guidelines, and technical strategies, emphasizing code quality, documentation, maintainability, security, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to establish clear team vision and objectives aligned with broader organizational goals.
• Set and monitor delivery, quality, and team health metrics, leveraging metrics insights to continually improve team and individual performance.
• Foster an open feedback culture, maintain strong stakeholder management, and engage in effective communication across engineering leadership and organizational units.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in engineering leadership roles managing international, cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrable expertise in marketing measurement and strategic marketing control.
• Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Product Ownership, ideally with experience applying agile methodologies to facilitate technical decision-making and engage engineers at all levels.
• Skilled in measuring and reporting delivery metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and planned versus completed work.
• Exceptional communication abilities, adept at tailoring messaging to diverse audiences including engineers, technical teams, business leaders, and external collaborators.
• A strong interest in AI adoption and proven success in promoting AI knowledge among engineering teams.
• Fluent in English language skills are mandatory.
