Overview

Delta Computer Consulting is looking for an Endpoint Management Administrator to join their team in Marysville, OH. This full-time, long-term contract role involves a hybrid work schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging between $48 and $55 based on experience and internal equity, along with benefits such as health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and ongoing education opportunities. Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments for enterprise endpoint management.
  • Administer Active Directory groups, collections, compliance baselines, policies, and co-management setups between SCCM and Intune.
  • Package, test, deploy, update, and retire applications across the enterprise via SCCM and Intune.
  • Troubleshoot errors in software deployments and refine deployment strategies.
  • Manage monthly patching cycles utilizing SCCM, WSUS, and Intune technologies.
  • Create and maintain task sequences and AutoPilot profiles for operating system deployment and device provisioning.
  • Maintain gold images and driver packages to support hardware refresh programs.
  • Enforce endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and configure endpoint protection settings.
  • Support vulnerability remediation and assist with audit requirements.
  • Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating administrative functions, deployments, and reporting.
  • Monitor endpoint health, deployment status, compliance, and operational metrics.
  • Deliver Tier 3 support for endpoint incidents and troubleshooting within the enterprise.
  • Document technical procedures, deployment processes, and reporting metrics thoroughly.

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 administration.
  • Skilled in software packaging and deploying enterprise applications.
  • Competent in patch management using WSUS, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD) processes.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
  • Capability to translate manual workflows into scalable automated solutions.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
  • Experience in enterprise endpoint management settings.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically requires 3 to 7 years of experience in endpoint or systems administration.
  • A track record of stable employment within large enterprise organizations.
  • Preference for candidates with over three years of experience in Big 4 consulting firms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI-assisted automation tools.
  • Knowledge of integrating APIs such as Microsoft Graph API for orchestration.
  • Familiarity with automated compliance enforcement and remediation strategies.
  • Experience managing Autopilot and modern device provisioning.
  • Expertise with Azure AD/Entra ID integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Group Policy Object (GPO) administration skills.
