Role overview

This position is for an electrician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment at the worksite in Pataudi, Haryana.

Qualifications

A completed high school diploma or an equivalent credential is needed. An electrical certification or license may also be required or preferred for this role.

Experience

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience working as an electrician.

Key responsibilities

• Set up electrical infrastructure, including wiring, lighting, and control systems, while following blueprints and electrical standards.
• Carry out regular servicing of electrical machinery such as motors, generators, and control panels to keep them operating smoothly and avoid breakdowns.
• Identify faults and fix electrical issues using diagnostic instruments such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and ohmmeters.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures, making sure work is completed safely and hazards are spotted and managed early.
• Keep detailed records of the work completed, the materials consumed, the time spent, and any problems found and resolved.
• Coordinate with other electricians, contractors, and project managers so electrical work fits properly into broader project activities.
