Electrical Design Manager - Boiler Erection

Role Overview

This position is for an electrical design professional with deep experience in boiler manufacturing and erection projects. The employer supports a leading waste heat recovery boiler manufacturer based in Hyderabad.

Electrical Design Scope

The selected candidate will handle detailed electrical engineering for 4WHRS projects related to SIP, SAP, SRU, package boilers, and AFBC systems. The role involves preparing cable schedules, planning routing, carrying out voltage calculations, and determining cable sizes for both low-voltage and high-voltage applications.

Work also includes transformer sizing, voltage-drop calculations, cable tray sizing, power resting calculations, and design support for MCC panels, EFT panels, and motors.

Experience and Technical Background

The ideal profile is a B.E./B.Tech Electrical engineer with around 14 years of experience in electrical design within the boiler industry. Hands-on exposure to VFD panels, VVVF frequency-driven HT VFD panels, bus bar calculations, stop starters, lightning arrestor planning, illumination fixtures, and related electrical design activities is important.

Compensation

The role offers a salary in the range of INR 13,00,000 to INR 20,00,000 per year.
